Every week, I ask my Brave New Girls podcast guests how they define courage. This week, Louise Francis, co-founder of the award-winning public art consultancy FrancisKnight, shares a thoughtful and empowering perspective on what courage means to her.

For Louise, courage is deeply tied to trusting her gut instincts, especially in challenging times when uncertainty or crisis can cloud judgment. She explains:

"Our courage comes back to trusting our gut instincts with our work. Sometimes you can lose that when you're in a bit of a crisis point, but it's really important to come back to trusting our gut instincts."
